中津『蛤志る古』
連休といえば、お出かけ！！ ～というくらいよく出かけていると言われますが…
実は、コタツに入ったら出られない「コタツムリ科」に属している私です。
それでも、近づく「料理教室」でのネタ探しに出かけました！
道の駅 やまくに ～初めて寄って見ましたが、直販の野菜やくだもの加工品が豊富で、
珍品にそそられて、しばし見学…
太さが直径5～6ｃｍ位、長さ30ｃｍ位の「ごぼう」とだけ表示の物体発見！
こんなの見た事あります？
なんか、茎まで真っ赤なかぶとか、赤い大根とかあったりして…
知らない野菜もまだまだあるんですねぇ～
今回のおめあてはここ、中津にある武蔵屋総本店。
たまに懐かしくなって買ってしまう「蛤志る古」です。
何個かお土産にも…。
宇佐の市街地あたりで、とっぷり日が暮れてお腹もすいてきたので、ごはん、ごはん～
うなぎの「志おや」さんで、ちょっと贅沢しました。
なんか、色々お買い物してみましたが、
果たしてみなさんの目や舌を楽しませることが出来るでしょうか！？
